Problem: Strategic Marketing Analysis for Windows
Analyze a brand (Windows) using the Boston Consulting Group Matrix and based on the findings they will propose a new strategic goal that the organization could be following starting next year.
Organize your Analysis in the following sections:
• Introduction.
• Environmental analysis.
• Development of the BCG Matrix.
• Description of the new Goal as supported by the findings in the matrix.
• Conclusion.
For the Environmental Analysis, the student is encouraged to use either the 5 Forces tool or the Pestel, as he/she sees fitting the most.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
