Next, include an example of how to link 1 program learning outcome to an appropriate assignment, and to a direct method of assessment, for a residential academic program; and then include an example of how to link the same program learning outcome to an appropriate assignment and direct method of assessment for an online program.
Next, select one (1) service satisfaction outcome for a specific non-academic unit and explain how you would link it to 1 aspect of organizational performance (i.e., quality, efficiency, or effectiveness) on 1 process, activity, or task performed in the unit. Then explain how you would link one (1) non-academic service satisfaction outcome to a national indirect method of assessment, and how you would link one (1) non-academic service satisfaction outcome to a local indirect method of assessment.
