Project Requirements
Project participants need not follow a flat contour for their work.
Project participants may be assigned overtime work for a maximum of three hours per day. Overtime work must be budgeted at overtime rate.
Project participants may not be assigned to work more than 11 hours per day.
Task splitting is not allowed. That is, when a task starts it must continue to completion without interruption.
Indirect cost for the project is $1,000 per day
Task durations may be reduced by a maximum of 1/3 of original duration through proportional assignment of direct labor resources

2. A baseline project created: length (weeks) cost (Variable/wages + Fixed 1,000 a day project cost)
3. Analysis of crashing critical tasks by instituting overtime & focused allocation to decrease length of project therefore decreasing overall project cost
