An observer is at 5pc from the sun in the plane of jupiters

An observer is at 5pc from the Sun in the plane of Jupiter's orbit. Once in 11.9 years Jupiter crosses the disk of the Sun. He cannot resolve the Solar disk nor the Jupiter (cf. HW1), but he observes slight dimming of the star. What is the magnitude of the Sun for the observer with and without Jupiter crossing the face of the sun?

[Hint: You simply need to find portion of the Solar dusk covered by Jupiter. The distance between Jupiter and the Sun is negligible compared to the 5pc distance to the observer.]
