This paper is a process paper, an opportunity to apply some of the concepts in psychology that learned to your own mental health.
The paper should meet the following requirements:
1. An assessment of your mental health status...are there things you are currently doing that you have found contribute to good mental health?
2. What are things you could add to your personal mental health regimen as a result of content from psychology. Three of them.
The paper will include four bibliographical references. You may use our text as one.... you may also use any of the websites we've used in the assignment portion of the text. I would recommend the Mayo Clinic Website and the National Institutes of Health Website as well.
Important that you clearly identify what you think you are currently doing for good mental health...and then a plan of action to improve what you are doing...be specific
