Amber and her boyfriend Frederick lived together in a house owned by Amber. After Frederick paid off her mortgage balance, Amber signed over title to her house by quitclaim deed. Two months later they reconciled. However, Amber refused to move back into the house unless Frederick granted her an undivided one-half interest in the house. Don't forget to mention ALL of the required elements of an enforceable contract in your answer.
