b. Given that a lot of "young partners" are disillusioned with the compensation philosophy, what changes do you suggest and why?
2. Describe the compensation policy of your organization and explain in your own words what are the pros and cons of such a policy
a. If you are not fully aware of the compensation policy, focus on any compensation practice that you are exposed to and explain why such a practice exists and if you were the Compensation manager how you would change them.
