- These come from within the organisations unique system inputs and outputs
- SWOT analysis groups key pieces of information into two main categories:
- Internal factors - The strengths and weaknesses internal to the organization.
- External factors - The opportunities and threats presented by the external environment to the organization
Take a grid approach as per the following template and brain storm the issues in the health care system.
Think of the examples in class from the buying of the tooth brush to the example of the UK health care system. There is a template in word uploaded to assignment 1 details. Once you have done your brainstorm this must be included in your final report as an appendix. So I can see how and why you chose what subheadings.
Writing Final Report
Report style with a contents page, appropriate academic references, APA style preferred but any other author date system is acceptable, introduction and conclusion and a main title then subheadings.
- SWOT findings will be headings for report
- Under each heading discussion of issues and contributing factors
- Report will conclude with recommendations regarding issues identified.
