Problem

Angel contacted James to offer her parcel of land in Ranau for sale at RM100,000. A drafted Sale & Purchase agreement was signed by Angel and sent to James for his signature. James modified the terms of the agreement by adding additional terms directly on the document. James signed the agreement before returning the document to Angel. Advise Angel as to whether a contract has been formed based on the original terms of agreement.
