Recently, the President attended a seminar in which various parties presented on the advisability and necessity of microchipping students and employees at universities, including student-employees such as Teaching Assistants or Graduate Assistants. The President sees terrific efficiencies in the use of microchips. He would like to ask students and employees to voluntarily accept them in an inobtrusive area between their thumb and index fingers and he believes that the chips will be accepted gratefully, given all the plusses that go along with them. However, he wishes to ensure that if students or employees are not willing to accept the microchips, that they will be inserted involuntarily. He wishes to begin the process in the fall of next year. He recognizes that there are a bevy of issues related to this change. He would like you to advise him and the Executive Committee on how to put this change into effect, whether the students and employees agree to it or not.
