The client reports that they have been together for ten years and married for 6 years. The client was still married to her husband when they first got together. The police came to their house because he was accused of sexually abusing the daughter, but the client said that the accusations were unfounded. When he told his wife that he was going to get help, he feels that he should not bring up the past. He was terrified and felt uneasy whenever the doorbell rang. He feels the need to distance himself from women now that he is married, although he is friendly and open to having conversations with them. They are still together, but he has put all of his stuff in the basement and has noticed that he is spending a lot of time with her girls.
