Acts of terrorism have become more frequent in the United States. Select one incident from the following list and develop a 3-5 page research paper that addresses: the conditions that allowed the incident (from the facility, the policies at the location, the mindset of the terrorist, etc.), the response to the incident, and the post incident activities. Identify what might have assisted in preventing the incident or minimized the impact.
