Achieving and maintaining sobriety

Assignment Task: If you were working with an individual who has completed several treatment programs and continues to relapse, what methods/strategies/approaches would you use to assist them in achieving and maintaining sobriety?

I would have to go with naltrexone because it is a mu-opioid receptor antagonist that reduced ethanol reward by limiting alcohol-induced dopamine release and is approved by the FDA for alcoholism treatment Naltrexone is an orally transmitted opioid strong antagonist and more suitable to treat patients who carry disorders produced by high consuming alcohol and reduces pain by non-cancerous chronic diseases. Ethanol-induced effects are mediated through the good receptor (MOP) at the cellular and molecular levels. Naltrexone reduces ethanol reward by limiting alcohol-induced dopamine released by tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) which is a rate-limiting enzyme that regulates the synthesis of dopamine. Naltrexone is potentially hepatotoxic and its high overdose Naltrexone can block the pharmacological effects of opioids.

What would be a good response to a discussion like this?
