Write out two sets of goals that include: a sets of spiritual goals and a set of career goals for the five years after graduation. And, be sure that the goals you set are SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Putting to paper concrete your steps, the more likely you are to complete them and achieve your goals.
First, apply the SMART approach to your steps as well. You will likely come across some obstacles as you review the necessary steps.
Second, Execute your plan flexibly knowing that not all revelation or discovery comes at once. Future opportunities may be completely unplanned for.
(Note:
-Map your action items to the goals you set .you may want to create a spreadsheet for this.
-Put a timetable on each action item.
Be sure to update and refine your plans.
