A rigid 100m long rod is supported at its center what mass

Compute all parts of given question:

Question: A rigid 1.00m long rod is supported at its center. A charge of +0.500µC (q1) is placed at the end of the rod and a charge of -.500µC (q2) is placed 10.0cm directly below q1. Distance between center of beam and q1 and q2 is 50cm.

Part A: What mass placed 25.0cm on the other side of the support will balance the beam?

Part B: If the same mass is moved to the far end of the beam, what charge q2 is now needed to maintain the equilibrium of the rod?

I don't just need an answer, work and explanations/walkthrough would be much appreciated! Thanks.
