A relection paper on being mindful. these are the points that they want to consider: how easy/hard did you find it to be mindful? when did other thoughts tend to intrude while you were attempting to be mindful? when your mind wandered, did your thoughts focus more on the past or the future? how easy/hard was it for you to refocus on being mindful? what did you learn from experience? it is supposed to be 1 to 2 pages long
