A contracted to deliver "200 pairs of Firestone tires of assorted sizes" to B by January 1. B intended to send A a list of the desired sizes but did not make this fact clear.
A promptly shipped 200 pairs of tires, determining on his own the several sizes and number of pairs of each. B refused to pay, and A brought suit.
Will B have to accept and pay for the tires in the assortment tendered?
