A player is short of breath during a school athletic competition and has trouble maintaining consciousness. The coach and trainer staff evaluated the player and decided he was done for the day and the player appears to be fine on the sideline. The student-trainer checks his vital signs and recommend rest and fluid intake for the evening. On the walk back to the dorm from the athletic facility that evening, the player collapses and dies, would you consider this a case of negligence on behalf of the coach and or staff/administration?
