Problem-
A computer company wants to test the efficiency of its new programmable calculator. Engineers who were proficient in the use of this calculator and an earlier model were asked to work out two types of problems on both calculators. One of the problems was statistical type and the other was an engineering problem type. The order of the four calculations was randomized independently for each engineer. The length of time, in minutes, required to solve each problem was observed and presented in the following table:
