2. A company wants to give one of its raw material suppliers a measure of how well a process is running with a new raw material. On a scale of 1 10 they rate a number of key areas of the process and average those ratings. This average is then given to the supplier as a measure of the success of the raw material. The data for the ratings are stored in rat ings. txt.
