A change may effect the workers well being because there will be adverse effects that can be perceived unfair by them. Not all of the staff members will have the same response that is why that giving them the opportunity to express what they think is a good way to lower risk. it is important to do as much as possible to show the employees that the readjustment is also in favor of their beliefs otherwise their motivation can result in effectiveness.
