Need help with this in two hours
1) Is ignorance a valid defense under our law? If so, when and why? If not, why not? Please share.
2) Please also consider why we all have the tendency to focus on physical consumption in this context. What about the seat at the table? Might occupying one seat preclude others from using the entire table? What else might we be consuming when we enter a restaurant? How, if at all, are such intangibles accounted for under contract law?
