1- Should divorce parents with children be required to remain in the same community?
Or permitted to move only by court authorization or if your job demand the move (or else lose the child(ren) or be free to choose whether to be geographically mobile as we have it now?
2-Should we have marriage certificate (like a degree or diploma) before marriage?
3-Should government welfare program for pregnant single mothers be based on completing child care education and or completion of an academic certificate program for young mothers?
