ECG-’PQRST’ wave:
Whenever the cardiac impulse (i.e., originating in sinus node that is the main pace maker) passes via the heart, electrical currents spread in the tissues surrounding the heart. A small quantity of this current spreads to the surface of the body. When electrodes are positioned on the skin on opposite sides of the heart, electric potentials produced by such currents can be recorded. This recording is termed as electrocardiogram (i.e., ECG or EKG).P.Wave:
