Then a document called system concept document is made to store all the gathered information during this step.

Technical Analysis

In this  type of analysis the analyst will evaluate the technical  benefits of the  system concept, and collect information  about performance, reliability, maintainability and producibility. It  begins with an assessment of the technical  viability of the  proposed  system. The system  model is  prepared  for the  technical  analysis of computer based system.

The base of the model is the  observation and evaluation  of the  real  world based on the system goals. The analysis will evaluate this model first then compare it with  the real world on expected   system behaviour as shown in figure below.
