Introduction to Blender and Grinder
Generally each Mixie is related with 3 kinds of jar of different capacity as displayed in the below diagram. The name and function of each jar is explained in the below table:

This can compose shakes, lassi or Plastic other drinks or cocktails. It is also employed for blending and stirring. Liquid can be filled up to 3/4 of the blender capacity. This jar as well can be used for butter churning, egg whipping, Mincing meat, grating vegetables, nuts and coconuts, crushing ice etc.

This is employed to grind small quantities (according to jar capacity) of dry/wet (depends as per to the manufacturer) substances like coffee power, condiments, curry powder, nuts, black pepper, chutneys, spices etc, for day to day use.

Blades:
Blades are made up of good quality stainless steel and hence will provide high life. Every jar will comprise its own blades as per to its purpose. Jars are intended to grind dry or wet substances. Thus it is suitable not to interchange the blades from one jar to another.
Speed control:
For speed control aim, the tapped field coils are generally used in motor of the mixie. The tapped field coils as displayed in the below diagram. Allows speed selection by a rotary switch given in the Mixie. Generally 3 speed levels (1, 2 and 3) will be given in the Mixie motor. Through turning rotary switch clockwise, we can acquire speeds 1, 2 or 3 as needed.
For inching aim, it is needed to turn rotary switch anti-clockwise for a few seconds and release for momentary operation. (This is particularly helpful for grating vegetables, wet grinding of chutneys, mincing meat, crushing ice, etc.).
