Descriptive, conclusive and experimental reweave designs are used to study organizational behavior. Descriptive design illustrates how structure will be useful for researching a particular type of behavior, a conclusive research design cause and effect relationships. It predicts individual behavior, performance and goal attainment. Experimental research designs give the level or degree of relationships between dependent and independent variables. It helps to find out the pattern and direction of variables of behavior. The employees' satisfaction with performance can be easily measured with the use of experimental research.
