What is an E-mail

E-mail: It provides instant communication tool across the globe. It is not only convenient but also fast. It is easy to use and is powerful. It has a very low cost of distribution. It cuts down paper and printing costs. On the flip side, absence of physical presence of the sender, leads to misinterpretations. It is not apt for sending negative communications. It is not private and is often monitored. Another problem with e-mail usage is the overload of information. Many employees work may get hampered due to the frequent arrival of e-mails.
