Activity Analysis: The identification and explanation of activities in an association. The activity analysis comprises determining what activities are completed within a department and how many people execute the activities, how much time they splurge executing the activities, what resources are needed to perform the activities, what operational data finest reflect the presentation of the activities, and what customer value the activity has for the organization. Activity analysis is accomplished with questionnaires, interviews, observation, and the review of physical records of work. This is the foundation for agency process value analysis that is the key to overall review of program delivery.
