Several times fecundation occurs in the Fallopian tubes. Normally the newly formed zygote is brought to uterus where nidation and the embryonic development take place. In a number of cases however the zygote can’t go down to the uterus and embryo implants itself in the uterine tube tissue, characterizing tubal pregnancy.  Tubal pregnancy is a severe clinical situation because often the tube ruptures at the time of gestation causing hemorrhage and even death of the female. The mainly common treatment for tubal pregnancy has been surgery.
