This research is widened from pure research to action research. Pure research is concerned with the advancement of knowledge. It tries to understand some phenomena and cause-effect relationship theories. It does not bother whether the findings are used in practice or not. On the other hand, applied research is related to practice and practical problems. It makes observations of the reality and suggests the measures which can be used in practice. Service research is used for analyzing the behavior and related problems. It diagnoses the real problem and suggests practical measures. Action research relates to the investigation, analysis and recommendations of the behavioral science. It helps in the minimization of problems. The change in behavior. Which may occur in structure, individuals, groups, technology and environment, is analyzed. The research findings are used in behavior.
