Archenteron is a tube formed throughout gastrulation by means of invagination of blastula wall within the blatocele. This is the origin of gastrointestinal tract. Blastopore is the opening of the archenteron to the external. The blastopore gives birth to one of the extremities of the digestive tube that is, the mouth in protostome, or the anus in the deuterostome beings.
