Water drain contradict problem

Does water drain contradict clockwise in the northern hemisphere and clockwise in the southern hemi-sphere? Briefly explain it.

This is not an allegory. These drains counter clockwise in the southern hemi-sphere and water drains clock-wise in the northern hemi-sphere. This as well drains straight down at the equator, it does not spin.
