Unitary frame of reference means the members who is working together, their levels of working, their ways of working together their ways of thinking, their attitude their experiences and how well they manage and handle their works along with the team. Unitary defines the unity means the majority meaning to say the co-ordination among two or three or even more. When there are different views and ideas and many points then to decide a right thing for the solutions.

Pluralist frame of references defines that there are ways if problems exist. There are solutions if there is a problem or any difficulty.  There occur a different views and ideas between each member so it creates a problem and a difference between the group and work gets affected so it defines the concept of working together by understanding the needs and wants as well the skills abilities and interests of the particular member in that group..

These both are linked to each other and from the managerial perspectives these two are important because unitary frame is needed to achieve the desired goals or objectives and plural frame is needed to understand the views and ways of the people how they work and how they apply those skills and interest to the issues.
