In arch reflex first a sensory neuron situated in ganglion of a dorsal spinal root gathers the stimulus information from tissues. This sensory neuron creates direct or indirect (by interneurons) connection with inferior motor neurons of spinal cord. These motor neurons then command reflex reaction. Consequently sensory neurons, interneurons and inferior motor neurons participate in arch reflex.
