3. Man-to-Man Comparison Method: This method can be used in job evaluation. This technique has another name which is Factor Comparison Method. In performance evaluation, it is not of much use because it requires the designing of scale which is quite a difficult task.
4. Graphic Rating Scale Method of Performance Appraisal: This is the very well-liked, usual method of performance appraisal. Under this method, scales are developed for numerous reasonably precise factors.
