Explain the difference between the tracheophytes and bryophytes?

Bryophytes are the nonvascular plants (liverworts, mosses, hornworts), that is, they do not have the conductive system for transport of the sugar, water and nutrients. Tracheophyte plants are the vascular plants, and they have the conductive structures.
