c) Their decisions are usually of a long-term nature.
d) Their decisions are made up of using the analytic, directive, conceptual and/or behavioral or participative methods.
e) They are accountable for the strategic decisions.
f) They have to chalk out the plan and observe that the plan might be efficient in the future.
g) They are executive in nature.
These comprises board of Directors, CEO’s they include small groups however are responsible for the whole management they formulate plans, decide objectives and communicate to the middle level management.
