Sometimes it is required for two users to work upon the same system. In such situation, either of two options - Switch User or Log Off option may be used. If the Log Off option is used when first user Log Off and then the second user will be able to Log in. This specifies that the programs of the first user are closed and windows session ends for the first user. But in case the first user doesn’t wishes to close his windows session and requires resuming his work after the second user has completed his task, then the Switch User option must be used.
