Performance Appraisal: It is the systematic evaluation of the performance of staff and to understand the capabilities of a person for additional growth and development. Performance appraisal is usually done in systematic ways that are as follows:

• The supervisors compute the pay of employees and compare it with goals and plans.
• The supervisor analysis the factors behind work performance of staff.
• The employers are in place to guide the employees for an enhanced performance.
