Run Exchange Server 2003 by Exchange Server 2007 management

Is it possible that I run Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange 2000 Server by using Exchange Server 2007 management interfaces?

No. All administration of Exchange Server 2007 should be completed by using the Exchange Management Console or Exchange Management Shell. All administration of the Exchange 2000 Server or Exchange Server 2003 should be completed by using their respective administrative interfaces. The one exception to this rule is which you can employ Exchange System Manager found in Exchange Server 2003 to carry out most Exchange Server 2007 public folder administrative tasks.
