3. Only by trained and competent persons, tests should be administered and designed.

4. To the feelings of people about tests, the user of tests must be extremely sensitive.

5. As a screening device Tests are to be used.

6. Reliance should not be placed solely upon tests in reaching decisions.

7. Tests should minimize the probabilities of getting distorted results. They must be ‘race-free’.

8. Not precise measures from tests scores, it should be allocated a proper weightage.
