What is the reason behind this that some medications contain hcl?

HCl is a chemically reduced form of Hydrochloride. This is the method that medications are put into solid form. Various liquid or oral suspension formulas comprise HBr (hydro bromide). Some medications comprise Fumigate, some comprise Male ate, and this is a medium to put the substances into or dilute them.
