Quality Fundamentals:

Consumer:

• consumer is the most important part of the production line
• Q must meet consumer needs now and in future
• Q must be affordable and product dependant

 Producer:

• must design to meet and exceed consumers expectations
• product must meet design specifications
• production must be consistent

 Process Design:

• R&D phase in conjunction with envisaged  process 
• physical process implemented must be designed to meet product specifications

Process Control :

• monitor implemented processes to ensure delivery of conforming product as per design 
• set procedures to monitor production process
• set physical Quality Control methods – frequent
