Pulse amplitude modulation
Define pulse amplitude modulation?
Expert
Amplitude modulation includes conversion of analog to digital; it takes the analog signals, samples it and produces the series of pulse based upon the results of the sampling. It is not used in the data communication as the series of pulses produced still of any amplitude. For its modification, we need to use the pulse code modulation.
