Plan of Implementation-Six Sigma

Plan of Implementation: Increasingly operations have become more complex all over the world. This is a result of more use of technology all over the world. These records are to be used to establish the base ground for all necessary work that is to be done to put in six sigma efficiency in the process. The objective would be to understand the product low and process flow of the organization in detail. The final step in this league would be to establish and analyze the process and mark down the deficiency.
