Numerically controlled Mechatronics
What do you mean by Numerically controlled Mechatronics and what are its components?
Expert
The numerically controlled Mechatronics is a method employed for controlling the motion of a m/c tool slide and its auxiliary funtion with an input in the form of numerical data.
It has 5 components as follows-
CPU-it is the heart and brain of the cnc system. It accepts the information stored in memory as part program.
servo control unit-the decoded position and velocity control signals, generated by the CPU for the axis movement forms the input to the servo control unit.
operation control panel-this provide the user interface to facilitate the two way communication between user, cnc & m/c tool.
m/c control panel-it is the direct interface between the operator and nc system.
programmable logic controller-it matches the nc to the machine.plc were basically introduce as replacement for hard wired relay control panels.
It has subsystems as follows-

Difference between projectile motion and rocket motion:A projectile has no motor or rocket on it, therefore all of its momentum is provided to it as it is launched. An illustration of a projectile would be pen which you throw across a room.
