Neuron cell
Give an example of the situation where the neuron cell body is situated in the part of body and its axonal terminal portion is in other distant portion of the body? Why this happen, explain?

Most of neurons are located within the brain and the spinal cord i.e. the central nervous system in places which is known as the neural nuclei. Neural ganglia, or simply ganglia, are the structures of peripheral nervous system situated beside the spinal column or near to the some organs where the neuron cell bodies are also situated. Neurons located at the definite points can present the distant axonal terminations and they can also obtain impulses from the axons of distant neurons. The inferior motor neurons which are located in the spinal cord are the examples as their axons can transmit information to the extremities of inferior limbs triggering the contractions of foot.
