Whether neural impulse which is generated by stimulus that triggers the arch reflex is restricted in the neurons of this circuit?

Sensory fiber which first performs the arch reflex joins with the neurons of arch reflex though it also joins with secondary sensory neurons of spinal cord which transmit the information upwards to the other neurons of brain. This is obvious as the person who received the initial stimulus such as, the percussion on his/her kneecap perceives it which means that brain became conscious of the fact.
