Net charge of a non-ionized atom
Describe the net charge of a non-ionized atom?
Expert
In an atom, number of protons is equivalent to number of electrons and that one proton has the alike positive charge value as an electron does a negative charge value. Thus, I am supposing that all the atoms have zero, no charge, none, squat. Also, Non-ionized means an atom hasn’t suffered electron exchange, so a non-ionized atom is actually just an atom (i.e. word dismissal). That is all, I know from the AS level Chemistry, so I don't recognise if it's the similar thing as more advanced chemistry (for university).
The infrared spectrum of gas samples shows the effect of rotational-energy changes along with the vibrational energy change. As we know from the interpretations given to thermodynamic properties of gases, gas molecules are simultaneously rotating and vibrating. It follows that an absor
Help me to solve this problem. An aqueous solution of glucose was prepared by dissolving 18 g of glucose in 90 g of water. The relative lowering in vapour pressure is: (a) 0.02 (b)1 (c) 20 (d)180
In these reaction oxygen atom of carbonyl group is replaced by either one divalent group or two monovalent groups. Reaction by ammonia derivatives: aldehydes and ketones react with a number of ammonia derivatives such as hydroxylaminem hydrazine, semicarbazide etc. in weak acidic medium.

These types of polymers are formed as a result of condensation reaction between monomer units. Some common examples are being discussed here: 1. Polyesters Q : What are biodegradable polymers? These are polymers that can be broken into small segments by enzyme-catalysed reactions. The required enzymes are produced by microorganism. It is a known fact that the carbon-carbon bonds of chain growth polymers are inert to enzyme-catalysed reactions, and hence they are non biod
